Aerospace Bristol is a substantial new development. As part of this, eight new galleries will be created in the existing WW1 Grade II listed Hangar 16S and New Build Concorde Hangar to house Concorde. The Bristol Aero Collection Trust (BACT) is therefore inviting tenders from AV Contractors to carry out the design, creation and installation of the Concorde Show. Tenderer's will be required to demonstrate they have sufficient skills and experience within the Proposed Team, Method Statement and Competency Questionnaire in order to proceed to the interview stage where the creative response will be presented by the tenderer. Directly Relevant previous experience must be demonstrated within the Competency Questionnaire (Pass / Fail) in order for an interview to be offered.

The Exhibition Designer for the project is Event Communications and the Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor is Focus Consultants.

The new Aerospace Bristol museum is due to open in Summer 2017 and therefore all AV Software must be installed and commissioned in time for the opening and carefully coordinated with Beck Interiors the exhibition fit out contractor.

The not to be exceeded budget for the Concorde Show in totality is 300 000 GBP.
