The services to be performed by the holder under this contract are as follows:
— the supply of fuels to the pump by flow-through cards;
— ancillary travel services managed by the said cards;
— the services offered to facilitate the management of information relating to the consumption of products.
Fuel supplies will be made at the service stations located mainly on the outskirts of Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78,100), as well as throughout the French and European territory for certain maps. These can also be used for motorway tolls, car parks and vehicle washing. Flow-through cards (or equivalent devices proposed by the candidate) must be operational no later than 31.10.2021, the PIN has been activated. As an indication, the forecast date for notification of the contract to the successful holder is 27.9.2021.

Fuel supplies will be made at the service stations located mainly on the outskirts of Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78,100), as well as throughout the French and European territory for certain maps. These can also be used for motorway tolls, car parks and vehicle washing. The licensee shall have a national distribution network and imperatively for issues of overall cost, at least one gas station with a fuel vending machine in the communal territory, or at a distance of not more than 3 km from the territory limits of the municipality in order to permit the refueling of the vehicles on as quickly as possible. The refueling point will be accessible day and night, Sunday and holidays, for all required fuels. (24/7) and will have to accept large vehicle sizes (e.g. Cars - minimum height 3.15 m). For LPG fuel, the licensee shall have at least one gas station with a vending machine at a distance of up to 10 km from the territory limits of the municipality so as to allow the vehicles to be refuelled as quickly as possible.
