The conclusion of a framework agreement for the cleaning of the school, administrative and technical buildings of the AG Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen (AG SO). The estimated date of the start of the framework agreement is set at 5 July 2023. The framework agreement will have a duration of 4 years.

The assignment includes cleaning different types of buildings, such as administrative, technical and school buildings. The school buildings may also house activities other than educational activities, such as (extracurricular) childcare, cultural centre, administrative services, etc. The buildings are located on the territory of the city of Antwerp, with some buildings in Brasschaat, Borsbeek and Burcht.

The assignment also includes the provision of a replacement pool for short-term replacements of cleaning employees managed by the Municipal Education. This part of the assignment will be understood as a separate plot.
