When the Faculty of Humanities moves to ARCANUM, new bookshelves and shelf lamps will be acquired for the ARCANUM building at the University of Turku's ARCANUM building.

The library is a key part of the Faculty of Humanities's activities, as well as the Archive of History, Culture and Arts Studies, which operates partly in the same premises.
