Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 12 (pre RDF), 19 05 99, 19 06 04, 19 12 12, for RZUOK in Makhvtz gm. Brest Kujawski, broken down into six parts

The subject of the contract is the provision of waste collection, transport and management services with codes 19 12 12 (pre RDF), 19 05 99, 19 06 04, 19 12 12 produced in the RZUOK in Machvka 41a, gm. Brest Kujawski, with the possibility of submitting partial tenders for 6 parts:

1) Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 12 (pre RDF),

2) Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 05 99 (Stabilizat),

3) Service for receipt, transport and waste management code 19 12 12 - ballast from the supersite-fraction,

4) Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 06 04 — fermented waste from anaerobic distribution of municipal waste in energy prism,

5) Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 - ballast waste obtained from sifting of waste extracted energy prisms,

6) Service for receipt, transport and waste management code 19 12 12 - ballast from the fragmentation of large-sized waste.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 (pre RDF)

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 12 12 12 (pre RDF) — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, waste remaining after the segregation of waste on the sorting line, together with the transport service of waste from the RZUOK in Makhchayu, Brest Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste code 19 12 12 12 (pre RDF) provided for collection, transport and development, during the period from the signing of the contract to 31.12.2022, shall be 3,000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste provided for receipt, transport and development in the month is approximately 250 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste provided for receipt may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The use of received waste code 19 12 12 must be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (IJ 2021, item 779), in the process of recovery and/or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the tender form.

5) In the case of disposal of waste through storage, the landlord must have the status of the municipal installation referred to in Article 35 (6) of the Waste Act (be on the list of the Provincial Marshal referred to in Article 38b 1 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012).

6) The Contractor in the tender form is obliged to indicate the recovery or disposal process in accordance with Annex No 1 and/or Annex No 2 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. OJ 2021, item 779), to which waste received from the Contracting Party will be subjected together with an indication of the name and address of the installation/plant to which the waste will be directed, provided that in the case of waste management in the disposal process, this waste should be transferred to the municipal installation in accordance with Article 38b (1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.

7) The transport of waste should be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 7 October 2016 on specific requirements for the transport of waste (IJ 2016 item 1742).

8) Each waste collection will be carried out by weighing the received waste on the legalized weight of the Ordering Party located in the RZUOK in Makhvka 41a, which will be confirmed by weight. This document will form the basis for determining the amount of waste received by the Contractor and the basis for settlement.

9) The Contracting Authority will be obliged to issue waste transfer cards in an electronic waste base where the waste transporter will be indicated and the installation to which the waste will be transferred. The waste taker will be obliged to confirm the cards above each time. The cards will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (IJ 2021, item 779).

10) Receipt of waste will be carried out successively on working days Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 20:00, after prior arrangement of the details of the waste collection, including the date, time and type of vehicles, sent to the Contractor's email address. The Contractor shall receive waste from the plant no later than up to 4 working days (reaction time - criterion for evaluation of tenders) from the submission of the request in question by the Contracting Authority.

11) The site of waste collection is: RZUOK in Makhvtsi 41a, gm. Brześć Kujawski (Kujawsko - Pomeranian Voivodeship).

12) In order to ensure continuity of the receipt of waste procurement from RZUOK in Makhvka gm. Brest Kujawski, the Contractor is obliged to start receiving waste within a maximum of 5 working days calculated from the date of the contract.

14) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce up to 60% of the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. In such a situation, the Contractor shall not have the right to investigate:

- receivables for unclaimed amount of waste,

- compensation for lost benefits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 05 99 (Stabilizat)

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 05 99 — other waste not listed (so-called stabilizate), which is produced by the bio-processing process of waste code 19 12 12 other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 — fraction 0-80, together with the transport service of waste from RZUOK in Makhvtz, Brest Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste, code 19 05 99, intended for collection, transport and development, during the period from the signing of the contract until 31.12.2022, shall be approximately 5,500 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste provided for receipt, transport and development in the month is approximately 458 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste provided for receipt may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The use of received waste, code 19 05 99, must be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (IJ 2021, item 779), in the process of recovery and/or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the tender form.

14) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce up to 60% of the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. In such a situation, the Contractor shall not have the right to investigate:

- receivables for unclaimed amount of waste,

- compensation for lost benefits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 - ballast from the overset fraction

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 i.e., ballast from the overset fraction, derived from the mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste, including the service transport of waste from RZUOK in Makhvtz, gm. Brześć Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste code 19 12 12 for collection, transport and development, for the period from the signing of the contract to 31.12.2022, shall be approximately 17,000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste provided for receipt, transport and development in the month is approximately 1,416 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste provided for receipt may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The use of received waste code 19 12 12 must be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (IJ 2021, item 779), in the process of recovery and/or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the tender form.

13. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce up to 60% of the amount of waste referred to in point 2) above. In such a situation, the Contractor shall not have the right to investigate:

- receivables for unclaimed amount of waste,

- compensation for lost benefits.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 06 04 — fermented waste from anaerobic distribution of municipal waste in energy prism

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 06 04 — fermented waste from the anaerobic distribution of municipal waste in the energy prism, together with the transport service of waste from RZUOK in Makhvtz, gm. Brest Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste, code 19 06 04, intended for collection, transport and development, during the period from the signing of the contract until 31.12.2022, shall be approximately 7,500 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste provided for receipt, transport and development in the month is approximately 625 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste provided for receipt may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The use of received waste, code 19 06 04, must be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (IJ 2021, item 779), in the process of recovery and/or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the tender form.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 - ballast waste obtained from sifting of waste extracted energy prism

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, oversieve fraction after sifting in a drum sieve, of material extracted from the energy prism, including transport service waste from RZUOK in Makhvtz, Brest Kujawski.

2) The total estimated amount of waste code 19 12 12 for collection, transport and development, for the period from the signing of the contract to 31.12.2022, shall be approximately 7,000 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste provided for receipt, transportation and development in the month is approximately 583 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste provided for receipt may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

Receipt, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 - ballast from the fragmentation of large waste

1) Waste collection and management service code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 resulting from the fragmentation of large-sized waste, together with the waste transport service from RZUOK in Makhvtz, gm. Brest Kujawski. They meet storage requirements.

2) The total estimated amount of waste code 19 12 12 12 for collection, transport and development, during the period from the signing of the contract to 31.12.2022, shall be approximately 2,640 Mg.

3) The estimated amount of waste provided for receipt, transport and development in the month is approximately 220 Mg. The monthly estimated amount of waste provided for receipt may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

4) The use of received waste code 19 12 12 must be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (IJ 2021, item 779), in the process of recovery and/or disposal in the installation indicated by the Contractor in the tender form.
