The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure the provision of land surveying services, restricted to special surveying assignments, where the contracting authority does not have the capacity to undertake the service itself.
The contract will cover the Norwegian Public Road Administration's entire areas, i.e. Nord-Trondelag, Sør-Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal counties. The area is divided into 2 districts in the framework agreement: Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal. Service providers can quote a price for special surveying for 1 or both districts. No price may be quoted for a smaller geographical area than 1 district.
This contract includes the following types of land surveying services:
— Special surveying.
Basic network:
— Control of the existing basic network,
— Supplements to the existing basic network,
— Establishment of a new basic network, including all work and all deliveries for the establishment and marking of the permanent markers.
Terrain data:
— Control of the existing data in the existing terrain model,
— Supplementing data in the existing terrain model,
— Establishment of a new terrain model,
— Builder checks.
Survey data:
— Control of placed markers for all types of road data (geometric checks),
— Surveying/placing markers for road construction (centre lines, shoulder edges, impacts, etc.).
Levelling:
— Settlement measurements (bridges, buildings, etc.).
Laser scanning:
— Ground laser scanning of constructions for engineering design,
— Ground laser scanning for terrain measurements,
— Laser scanning from vehicles.
Special surveying/laser scanning from drones:
— Terrain measurements,
— Control of rocks in areas vulnerable to landslides.
