The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the City of Piastów and the collection and management of waste from PSZOK

The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the City of Piastów and the collection and management of waste from PSZOK, the scope of which includes:

1) Receiving municipal waste in a way that enables achieving the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the law on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship,

2) Receiving municipal waste collected selectively in accordance with the term of the contract Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the City of Piastowa, from owners of property residing in the City of Piastowa,

3) development (recovery and disposal) of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the law and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship,

4) equipping the property with bags and containers for collection of individual waste fractions,

5) collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

The detailed scope of the work shall be included in the Description of the Subject of the Order Annex 10 to the SWZ, the other requirements and conditions for execution of the order are set out in the draft Agreement annex 4 to the SWZ.
