Gate 21 invites as facilitator of this tender on behalf of all partners in the Lighting Metropolis - Green Economy project, thereby enabling players to participate in a limited offering of framework agreements on technical advice and assistance.

The technical advice and assistance relates to indoor and outdoor lighting as well as the facilitation and implementation of tenders in the field.

Technical advice and assistance is needed for the partners in the project Lighting Metropolis - Green Economy. The assistance must be provided in the form of technical advice to the partners on their indoor and outdoor lighting, including replacement for more energy-friendly light sources, as well as all related advice. In addition, the consultants must be able to assist with the implementation of tenders in the area, so that lighting projects with the partners can be realized. Common tools must also be developed for all partners. Gate 21 is responsible for this and will procure assistance to the extent necessary.

The partners are both Danish and Swedish contracting authorities.

This is a joint tender between contracting entities in different Member States, cf. section 125 of the Tendering Act. Gate 21 facilitates the tender on behalf of all contracting entities.

This is a limited offering, which pre-qualifies up to 10 applicants competing for 5 framework agreements. Subsequent agreements on concrete advice can be concluded on the basis of either a mini-tender or a direct award.

Pre-qualification applicants can be independent companies or consortia. It is a requirement to be prequalified that the applicant has experience in advising on both indoor and outdoor lighting, as well as facilitating and carrying out tenders.
