SKI provides framework agreement 50.03 Servers and storage, which includes the delivery of hardware and software used to configure and construct the server and/or storage systems, including complex and integrated systems, service and support agreements for systems delivered under the framework agreement, as well as associated technical services provided as hourly services in connection with the systems. In addition, the framework agreement includes that the systems can be delivered as "pay as you go", which is a flexible solution where the customer can scale the server and / or storage capacity up and down. See Annex B and Annex B.1 for details. SKI expects the framework agreement to be awarded to several suppliers, cf. point IV.1.3), and the subsequent award of supply contracts on the basis of the framework agreement is made by direct award or mini-tender, depending on the specific procurement needs, cf. further in Annex D to the framework agreement. The framework agreement contains an obligation for some of the customers to use the framework agreement in certain situations.
