Invitation
Interested suppliers (L) are hereby invited to tender for the purchase and supply of street lighting materials in accordance with the terms of this procurement document and any accompanying documents.
Extent
The procurement aims to meet B's need for the purchase and supply of street lighting materials. Orders will be placed continuously during the contract period. Deliveries can be made after the end of the contract period, provided that the order has been placed during the term of the agreement. The estimated volume can be found in the appendix Tender form Skurup municipality. However, the volume is only an estimate. B guarantees no volumes and assumed L undertakes to deliver according to B's actual needs.
Ceiling value
The ceiling value for this agreement is SEK 4,000,000

Volumes
The volume above, as well as stated above, is based on statistics from the last 12-month period and can be seen as an indication of future volume. However, B does not undertake to make purchases for these estimated volumes. The scope may change during the contract period. During the contract period, units may be added or decommissioned. Additional units within the municipality shall be covered by this contract. Any additional customer may not be associated with increased costs.
L shall deliver skurup municipality's real needs, whether this exceeds or falls below the stated. Specified volumes shall only be considered as guidelines and shall not be binding on B.
Agreement Term
The contract is signed for the period 2023-02-01 - 2025-01-31.
After that, there is the possibility of two (2) extensions of 12 months.
