The procurement relates to gas, gas mixtures and LPG. The contracting authority is Östra Göinge municipality and acts in this procurement as a purchasing center according to LOU affiliated municipalities and wholly and partly owned companies. After completion of the procurement, Östra Göinge municipality intends to sign framework agreements where other contracting authorities and ordering entities are entitled to call-off.
