This service contract relates to the designation of a design office whose mission is to carry out research missions and site management of communal projects.

The projects covered by this contract may consist in the development of public space, landscaping, road maintenance, the installation of a communal draining managed or not by InBW, the realization of a sports field or a playground, the creation of a car park, improvements of road safety, sidewalk and/or bike paths.

The amounts of the works may vary from +/- 20,000 EUR excl. VAT to 500,000 EUR excl. VAT or more: these amounts being given for information purposes only and not binding the Contracting Authority in any way. Therefore, the successful bidder will not be able to claim any compensation in the event that these amounts are not reached.

The number of projects will be defined during the execution of the mission according to the needs of the contracting authority; this number could be null and void if necessary without the successful bidder being able to claim any compensation.

The projects will all be located on the territory of the Municipality of Lasne.

The order amount of the initial contract (12 months) and each renewal is limited to EUR 103,305.78 excluding VAT or EUR 124,999.99, 21% VAT included.
