The subject of the contract is the provision of a training service and preceding career counseling for a minimum of 276 people and a maximum of 500 people, who are participants of the project entitled "CERTIFIED COMPUTER TRAINING for adults from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship". Recruitment for counselling and training will be continuous. The number of participants in individual trainings will depend on the interest of the people to whom the Project is addressed and the diagnosis carried out as part of the counseling. The total number of people covered by the counselling and trained in all trainings will not exceed 500 people, but this is not a guaranteed number, because the final number of people depends on the interest in the Project, over which the Ordering Party has no influence (max. 500 people covered by the counselling and max. 500 people trained as part of the training).
Comprehensive organization of computer training1) Part No. 1 of the order entitled Comprehensive organization of computer training. The order under part No. 1 includes the provision of a training service for a minimum of 276 people and a maximum of 500 people (including the provision of staff – trainers, equipped training room, training materials, accommodation, travel, food), ended with an external exam that will allow you to obtain a VCC certificate (or equivalent) and obtain qualifications, in the following topics: Programming websites, Computer graphics, 2D and 3D CAD computer design engineering, Office programs in administration, Information and communication technologies in didactic work.
2) Recruitment for training will be continuous. The number of participants in individual trainings will depend on the interest of the people to whom the Project is addressed and the diagnosis carried out as part of the counseling. The total number of people covered by the counselling and trained in all trainings will not exceed 500 people, but this is not a guaranteed number, because the final number of people depends on the interest in the Project, over which the Ordering Party has no influence (max. 500 people covered by the counselling and max. 500 people trained as part of the training).
3) The Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, in accordance with Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108, as amended), a person as a training specialist or training supervisor, who, as part of the established employment relationship, will perform m.in following activities: organization of trainings, including the development of training schedules, supervision over the implementation of trainings, contact with the Ordering Party, constant cooperation with the Contractor performing the second part of the contract, if a different Contractor is selected in each part of the contract. The obligation to employ on the basis of an employment relationship does not apply to the situation of independent performance of the indicated activities by the Contractor who is a natural person.

Career guidance1) The contract under part No. 2 includes consultancy – diagnosis of the need for given competences / digital qualifications for a minimum of 276 people and a maximum of 500 people preceding the training specified in part No. 1 of the order. The purpose of the planned advice is to identify the training needs of people who start participation in the project, i.e. to determine the exact subject of the training / computer course and to assign a given person to the level of training / course within the project.

The total number of persons covered by the advice will not exceed 500 people, but this is not a guaranteed number, because the final number of people depends on the interest in the Project, which the Ordering Party has no influence on (max. 500 people covered by the advice and max. 500 people trained as part of training).
