The procedure concerns custody, for a duration of 24 months with a renewal option of 12 additional months (24+12). The total estimated amount of the contract, net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, is EUR 2 533 708.65, of which EUR 1 685 826.79 as the total amount for 24 months of service, EUR 842 913.39 as the amount of the renewal option and EUR 4 968.47 for security charges for non-lowered interference risks. The tender amount includes labor costs, which the contracting station estimated between 82% and 85% of the total contract value, excluding security charges for risks interference, on the basis of the CCNL stipulated by the comparatively more representative employers' and employers' associations at national level (CCNL 'Logistics, freight transport and shipment') and of the applicable ministerial reference tables. In order to promote employment stability, in compliance with the principles of the European Union and without prejudice to the necessary harmonization with the organization of the undertaking economic operator, as well as with the technical-organizational and labour requirements provided for in the new contract, for this contract will apply, as a condition for the execution of the contract, the institution of the social clause, by virtue of of which the contracting tenderer will be required to take in priority into its staff the personnel already operating under the dependence of the outgoing bidder, in accordance with the provisions of the Article 50 of the Code. The contract will include “fee” items, “form” items and items “on demand”, based on the specific requirements of RAI that are not programmable and/or quantifiable a priori.

Pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, RAI reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract/framework agreement for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor.

RAI reserves the right, if the contractual amount (to be understood as the amount of award of the reference lot) should not be exhausted at the expiration of the contractual term, of extend the duration of the relevant contract for the time necessary to use the entire contractual amount. With reference to the aforementioned faculty, it is specified that the same has been foreseen taking into account the subject of the contract and, in particular, in view of the fact that the service is intended to satisfy the needs of the TV production center in Naples, extremely variable due to the production needs related to the publishing needs and the rapid evolutions that characterize the production sector/ editorial, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 106, paragraph 11 of the Code.

The contract is divided into a single batch for the need to obtain homogeneous levels of performance carried out, taking into account that the same must be carried out within the framework of the CPTV production site of Naples and, for outdoor activities, in the Province of Naples. Based on the management needs related to the simultaneous provision of the handling services, transport services and warehousing services, these will merge into the context of the most wide unitary concept of 'integrated logistics' service.
