The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in accordance with the provisions and quality standards established by the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), implementing regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in trade electricity (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws, item 819) for a period of 6 months. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of a contract referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act of 11 September 2019 "Public Procurement Law" (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
