Description of properties, safety rules of use, expiry dates and registration certificate number must be on the packaging, if there is such indication in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements of the Ordering Party.

At the risk and cost of the contractor, the contractor should deliver the subject of the contract to the seat of the Employer.

6. The Contractor guarantees that the offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract meet the requirements set out in the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175).
