The existing dental laboratory is to be dismantled for reasons of space for the construction of another building.

The subject of the present tender is the dismantling of the dental laboratory. The external dimensions of the building are L/W/H = 30.80/19.00/8.525 m. It does not have a basement and consists of ground floor and first floor. The flat roof with internal slope is thermally insulated. The attic has a circumferential sheet metal cladding.

The reinforced concrete structure is designed in skeleton construction. The exterior façade consists of 24 cm thick aerated concrete slabs. The interior walls are made of 24 cm thick sand-lime bricks.
