The building to be constructed is planned for use as an administrative building. In the resulting cubature, office use, including associated social, storage and technical rooms, as well as associated traffic areas are planned on 5 full and one staggered floors. In addition to the own space in the 4 lower levels, reserve space and space for external letting with administrative and commercial use are provided for the 4th floor and the second floor.
