Sansia Oy tenders to its owner-customers for the properties, buildings and premises they own by them as a joint purchase of locking systems and the door environment, as well as the related equipment and services. Tenders can be submitted in one, more than one or all eight places. Tenders meeting all minimum requirements shall be included in the framework agreement.

The locking systems (paragraphs 1 to 4) must be offered discount rates calculated from the current prices of the manufacturer's general public tariffs and the services (paragraphs 5 to 8) must be offered prices (annexes).

Subscribers make their service purchases based on the necessary service, prices offered, discount rates and location. One Supplier is selected for each Subscriber as the key management service provider based on price and location.

The locking system shall be offered a discount percentage calculated from the current prices of the manufacturer's general public price list.

The on-call service is ordered from the Supplier who offered it at the lowest price and is best suited for the Customer's purpose. The locking 24/7 on-call service must enable maintenance and repair services of individual critical door environments within one (1) day without unnecessarily endangering the safety of the Customer's premises. Range of the on-call service 80 km from the Supplier's office.

Prices must be offered to the on-call service with an attachment.

All maintenance and repair work in the door environment is included in the hourly rate.

Expert work refers to working as a consultant in design work.

Key management refers to the storage of individual keys and locking data, the transfer and return operation. Keys and access codes must be located in an electronic system where Subscribers have the opportunity to manage. All parties must have real-time information on the status of the keys.

When providing this service, a description of the planned key disposal and return arrangement must be uploaded to the criteria of the Request for Quote. Other prices for the key management service can be loaded into the criteria of the request for quote.
