The Framework Agreement covers the acquisition of licenses to use a financial tool and its asset management module, as well as integration, maintenance, evolution and support services for the use of these tools as part of the IS program for the implementation of a shared financial tool (Sigf) for the 6 Water Agencies. The Seine-Normandy Water Agency, as coordinator of the grouping of orders, is responsible for signing the framework agreement, notifying it and executing it on behalf of the group.
