Construction works of the sports and leisure complex located in Vilnius district.sav., Rudaminos village, Taikos str. 1A

During the implementation of the contract, the Contractor will have to carry out contract work:

(a) To carry out design services:

1. Prepare a draft of the work (digital and paper copies). For the purchase, the release of the architectural part of the project A is presented. The solutions of other parts according to the release of the architectural part A are planned and detailed by the contractor in the work project. The draft work must provide that the building materials used in the construction meet the minimum environmental criteria. For the prepared work project, the Customer will order a project examination.

2. To prepare descriptions of individual technologies for the pool, instructions for the use of equipment and premises of the building for personnel training (tables, diagrams) (2 pcs. digital and paper copies).

3. To prepare installation drawings of individual devices, mechanisms or their assemblies and parts, according to the solutions of technical and work projects.

4. According to the power of attorney, to start, administer, fill in an electronic construction works log (according to the electronic form of the construction works log officially recognized by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania). Upon completion of the construction and receipt of the act of completion, transmit the log of construction work to the builder in an electronic file.

(b) to carry out contract work:

In accordance with the Construction Technical Regulation STR 1.05.01:2017 "Documents authorising construction. Completion of construction. Registration and transfer of an unfinished structure. Suspension of construction. Elimination of the consequences of arbitrary construction. Elimination of the consequences of construction under an illegally issued building permit document":

1. To carry out contract work using materials which meet the minimum environmental criteria (as specified in the Annex to the technical specification).

2. To carry out cadastral measurements of the building and structures, preparing files of real estate cadastral objects (paper and digital).

3. To submit to IS "Infostatyba" all the fulfillment - executive documentation and other documentation, which is necessary to carry out the construction completion procedures and, according to the power of attorney, to carry out the construction completion procedures, the duration of which is 105 calendar days.

4. To carry out geodetic adjustments in the plan of the land plot by plotting the erected structures (sites, networks, etc.) with exact coordinates, requirements of the Real Estate Cadastral Regulations, by submitting two paper files.
