The purpose of the market is to carry out, via a prospective approach, a study of possible scenarios for the future of Sofico in 2030 and beyond. The approach will incorporate the study of several variables described in the special specifications and their evolution over time, and then cross these variables to draw several scenarios and analyze the influence of the evolution of variables on the Walloon government/SPW MI/Sofico relationship.

The objectives of this study are to provide decision support for the board and management of Sofico, the supervising minister and the Walloon government, with a view to preparing the next management contract and, where appropriate, the transformation of Sofico so that it is fully in line with the challenges of the coming years and being a modern and efficient public company serving Wallonia.
