The contest is for the provision of winter maintenance in Hol Municipality. The contest is divided into 8 zones, split between the different valleys in Hol Municipality.
The annual value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 20,000,000, excluding VAT over 5 years. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority has chosen a 5 year contract period due to the nature of the procurement and the actor market.

Contract
The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer per zone.
The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
ESPD
As part of the simplification of public procurements, and based on experience from similar, former procurements where many tenderers have limited experience with submitting tenders, the contracting authority has chosen not to require ESPD to be included in this call for tenders.
Tenderers are asked to confirm that none of the grounds for rejection in the form's Part III are relevant to you as a tenderer (this applies to funding of terrorist organisation, child labour, corruption, and involvement in criminal activities).
