The subject of the order is the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the territory of the municipality Krośniewice. The scope of the order applies to all real estate inhabited from the municipality of Krośniewice. A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ. Detailed requirements for the execution of the contract are indicated in the draft agreement constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

1) The item of the order includes: receiving and zoning of the mixed

and collected selectively solid municipal waste from:

(a) inhabited properties in the municipality of Krośniewice, i.e. from the following inhabited localities: Bardzinek, Bielice, Błonie, Cudniki, Gypsy, Franki, Głaznów, Głogowa, Godzięby, Górki Miłońskie, Iwiczna, Jankowice, Kajew, Kopy, Kopyta, Krośniewice, Krzewie, Luboradz, Marynin, Miłonice, Miłosna, Morawce, Nowy, Nowy Jankowice, Ostałów, Pawlikowice, Pniewko, Pomarzany, Raszynek, Despair, Squarty, Stara Village, Old Morawce, Suchodoły, Szubina, Szubsk Duży, Szubsk Society, Teresin, Tumidaj, Witów, Wola Nowska, Wychina ny, Wymysłów, Zalesie, Zieleniew, Zosinek and the cities of Krośniewice ( The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor familiarize himself with the list of dróg/municipal streets

and made a field vision, as part of the residential property is located in a place where, depending on the intended car, it may be difficult to access);

(b) points of selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) located in Franki, in the area of the Municipal Waste Landfill, and in Krośniewice, at 3 Paderewskiego Street;

c) pharmacies and educational institutions (only selective collection of expired drugs and batteries).

2) A mixed-use system of municipal waste collection will be in place in the single-family development, while a container system for the collection of municipal waste will be in place at the multi-family development.

A detailed description of the object of the contract and the general characteristics of the municipality Krośniewice in the context of the collection and management of municipal waste is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
