This project management consultation concerns the construction of about 12 social rental housing, as well as the demolition of a house in the town of Théoule-Sur-Mer.This operation aims to relocate the 12 families of the residence "Le Théoule", property of Côte d'Azur Habitat, located less than 50 m, in the heart of the city center of the Commune.This decisive step is an essential prerequisite for the implementation of the future development project of the city center desired by the municipality. This project also concerns the demolition of the existing house located on the plots of the future operation.
