The city of Neustadt near Coburg intends to create another day care center due to the strong increase in birth rates and the high demand on the property of a previous day care center. Both kindergartens should function structurally separate from each other, since the old building has been structurally arrived at the end of its structural life cycle and possibly abandoned in the long term. Synergies are to be created with regard to staffing as well as free space utilization.

In total, 2 kindergarten groups and 2 nursery groups are planned. The planned space requirements and the corresponding space program are defined by the sum room programs for kindergartens, day nurseries and nursery schools and by the directive on the allocations of the Free State of Bavaria to municipal construction measures in municipal financial equalization (allocation guideline - FAZR).

The city of Neustadt near Coburg provides a medium standard, which should preferably include aspects of ecological construction. A construction in wood both the use of sustainable insulating materials should be examined in the course of planning.
