3. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes, in particular:

1) Receipt, transport and delivery to the Municipal Installation, i.e. Municipal Enterprise Komunalny — Krośnieński Holding Komunalny Sp. z o.o. municipal waste referred to in paragraph 3.6 (1) and point (3) (a).

2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste specified in section 3.6 points 2) and 3 b), i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469 as amended. amended);

3) waste management, i.e. recovery or disposal, should be in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469 as amended. as amended), the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, and the resolution of the Sejmik of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
