Acquisition of services for the operation of EPAL's Cafeterias and Bars, on a "pay-as-you-go" basis, under the terms and in accordance with the specifications contained in the Tender Specifications and respective annexes. "Ski pass" is defined as one in which the successful tenderer charges EPAL for the meals provided with everything included (espresso, tea and decaffeinated coffee (coffee machine) are included in the meal), except for beverages, at the unit price established in the contract.
