The aim of the tender is to meet the existing and future needs of Mobil ISC GmbH. This need is made up of Mobil ISC GmbH's original own needs and the needs of its shareholder customers for Confluence and Jira licenses (extension, upgrade, new purchase) as well as other customers/shareholders. The contractual partner is exclusively Mobil ISC GmbH. It is also the aim for future projects to be able to call up project-related support services in relation to the products used or to be procured in a demand-oriented manner. There is also a need for the future contractor to provide application operation on hardware provided by the client for the Atlassian solutions used and to offer the option of user support.
