The City of Kemi Wellness Industry is requesting offers for school transportation and charter times for 2022-2024 (+ options 1year + 1yrs) in accordance with the request for tender and its annexes. The tender is open to holders of a Finnish public transport or taxi licence under the Passenger Transport Act. This is an acquisition above the EU threshold.

The purpose of the contract is to carry out the transport of students participating in primary and primary education on the actual school trip, as well as charter drives for school children in the Meri-Lapland region.

The call for tender is divided into subdivisions, of which Subdivisions 1-7 concern school transport:

1. Northern Route

2. Eastern Route

3. Southern Route

4. Transportation of Hepola Fitness Classes

5. Return transport of Sauvosaari special classes

6. Return transport of special classes of Hepola

7. Transportation of general education

8. Charter runs in the region of Meri-Lapland

The pupil numbers shown in the documents of the tender are subject to change during the contract period. The subscriber does not commit to quantities. The subscriber has the right to make changes to the routes and schedules indicated.

Bids by subdivision allowed.

The basis for selection is the best price-quality ratio, one service provider is selected by subdivision.
