2) Task No. 2 - Expansion of the RIS/ PACS system - diagnostic license - 1 pc.

as part of Task No. 1 - Integration of the medical system (HIS) with systems of other suppliers, m.in RIS, PACS, LIS, histopathological laboratories and medical devices based on channels, m.in DICOM, HL7, web service (up to 20 communication channels) – 1 pc,

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) providing software that will ensure the Integration of the medical system (HIS) with systems of other suppliers, m.in such as RIS, PACS, LIS, histopathological laboratories and medical devices based on channels, m.in DICOM, HL7, web service (up to 20 communication channels) based on a communication bus;

b) installation and configuration of the communication rail in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure;

c) implementation of integration, based on a communication bus, ensuring the exchange of data between the hospital medical system (HIS) and the repository of electronic medical records and other systems, including external ones in the field of laboratory, histopathological and diagnostic tests;

(d) the grant of a perpetual licence to the software;

e) performing author's supervision and providing service care;

The implementation will be carried out on the Infrastructure of the Ordering Party, which will be made available to the Contractor in order to carry out the activities subject to this proceeding. The Ordering Party will provide a virtualized server under the control of the VMware system, prepared according to the Contractor's indications (RAM, processor, disk space).

as part of Task No. 2 - Expansion of the RIS/ PACS system - diagnostic license - 1 pc,

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

(a) the provision of software;

b) installation and configuration of software in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure;

c) integration with the existing RIS/PACS Infinitt ResQmed system;

d) granting an indefinite diagnostic license for software – 1 pc.;

e) performing author's supervision and providing service care.

The implementation will be carried out on the Infrastructure of the Ordering Party, which will be made available to the Contractor in order to carry out the activities subject to this proceeding.

The Ordering Party will provide a virtualized server under the control of the VMware system, prepared according to the Contractor's indications (RAM, processor, disk space).
