The objective of the procurement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has a Noark 5 complete case management and archive system. The system must support statutory requirements and it must support case management, journaling and archiving.

The system must be able to be used for both “Unclassified” and “Restricted” security levels, in accordance with the Security Act. The implementation of the first version of the system will be limited to “Unclassified” and “Restricted” security levels. The Contracting Authority can choose to use the system for other security levels at a later date.
