Offering a warranty period of less than 24 months will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL Act – as inconsistent with the terms of the contract. The guarantee will be counted from the date of protocol receipt of the subject of the contract by the ordering party; indication in the offer form of the warranty length for individual elements, i.e. for mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle, for the paint coating, for the perforation of body elements; that the Contractor, as part of the performance of the contract, provides one-day training or two-day training, broken down into two training groups for two employees from each KWP unit specified in a given task. The training should last a minimum of 4 clock hours. The training will take place at the Contractor's headquarters, it must include a theoretical part in the field of servicing the vehicles offered, enabling safe and effective use of vehicle capabilities. The detailed scope of the training and the date / s of training will be determined by the parties after signing the contract. The training must take place during the term of the contract and conclude with an attendance list; that periodic inspections and repairs under the warranty specified in Annex 3.1-3.8 to the SWZ – were carried out in authorized service stations; requests indication for tasks No. 1-6 in Annex 8 to the SWZ of authorized service stations for the offered vehicle brand (at least one in the province of a given KWP unit for which the delivery will be carried out); requests an indication for tasks No. 7-8 of the list of authorized service stations in the Polish for the offered vehicle brand according to the model of Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. In the case of delivery under the "option right" to places other than those indicated in Annex 8 to the SWZ for a given task, the contractor will be obliged to provide a list of authorized service stations at the time of collection of these vehicles (at least one in the province of a given KWP unit.
