The training must take place during the term of the contract and conclude with an attendance list; that periodic inspections and repairs under the warranty specified in Annex 3.1-3.8 to the SWZ – were carried out in authorized service stations; requests indication for tasks No. 1-6 in Annex 8 to the SWZ of authorized service stations for the offered vehicle brand (at least one in the province of a given KWP unit for which the delivery will be carried out); requests an indication for tasks No. 7-8 of the list of authorized service stations in the Polish for the offered vehicle brand according to the model of Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. In the case of delivery under the "option right" to places other than those indicated in Annex 8 to the SWZ for a given task, the contractor will be obliged to provide a list of authorized service stations at the time of collection of these vehicles (at least one in the province of a given KWP unit.
