The subject of the order is the service of the Bison Breeding Center in the Niepołomice Forest District together with the mowing of meadows, the production of hay and haylage in 2019-2022. The Contractor will perform this task in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract. The Contractor is responsible for proper security of the works area and is responsible for all damages caused to the Ordering Party and third parties. The Contractor, after completion of the works, is obliged to organize the area of works. The ordering party requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor based on a contract of employment of persons performing all activities included in the subject of the order, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended). All activities required for employment under a contract of employment are included in attachment No. 1 OPZ.
The scope of work to be carried out under the contract includes annual:
1) Preparation of food for bison:
a) creasing and shot peening of cereal grains and maize - about 35 tonnes with a frequency of once a week for 700 kg,
b) manual grinding of root crops (beets, potatoes, carrots) - every day, about 150 kg in the period of 01/01/2016 30/04/2016 and 01/11/2016 - 31/12/2016,
c) dorabianie components of feed mixture according to the indications of the operator of the OHŻ and its mixing of approximately 25 tons.
2) Daily feeding of European bison according to the OHŻ operator's instructions, i.e .:
a) feeding the prepared feed mixture to the feed troughs (on average 30 troughs) in quantities of 110-120 kg / day on average, once a day in hours. 8:00 to 10:00,
b) feeding hay and salt to pastures in quantities ensuring continuous use of voluminous food by bison, on average 160-170 kg / day,
c) in the period 1.2-30.4 and 1.11-31.12, feeding to food troughs (30 pieces on average) of crushed and mixed feed consisting of fodder beet, potatoes and carrot on average 140-150 kg / day,
d) continuous replenishment of water in water halls - 6 items.
3) Gathering, preparing and asking supplementary food according to the OHŻ manager's instructions, i.e .:
a) gathering on logging and thinning surfaces from the forest areas: Hysne, Dziewin, Gawłówek and Kłaj fresh waste after woodworking in the form of branches, loading onto a trailer and transporting a tractor to the OHŻ of the Forest District and unloading directly to food quarters in the amount of 200 kg / week in the period 1.2-30.4 and 1.11-31.12 which gives a total mass of 4.8 tons,
b) mowing with a rotary mower, collecting and loading the trailer and transporting to food quarters and unloading fresh grass. The grass will be collected continuously from the area of 2 ha of grassland located within the bison. Feeding fresh grass should be done once a week in the amount of 2 tons in the period 15.5-30.9, which gives a mass of 30 tons. Harvesting of grass and branches should be carried out using the Forestry equipment.
4) Unloading and placement in appropriate warehouses of bison food:
a) cereal grain and maize - unloading to silos - 36 tons,
b) bran - unloading and stacking of bags in the warehouse - 7 tons,
c) trench (beets, potatoes, carrots) - unloading to the basement or excavating - 24 tons, changing and removing spoiled copies unsuitable for feeding,
d) granulated fodder - 5 tons,
e) Hay, haylage - unloading to the barn and salting - 60 tons
5) Maintaining cleanliness of food troughs - 30 pieces and water hoses - 6 pieces (including snow removal).
6) Maintaining cleanliness and order in the OHŻ area, i.e .:
a) mowing grass at the economic headquarters on the area 0.5 ha - 4 times during the growing season on the date indicated by the person responsible for the OHŻ,
b) twice a year, in the month of April and November, cleaning gutters from needles and leaves on farm buildings, warehouses and pastures,
c) current cleaning in warehouses and utility rooms,
d) clearing snow routes in the OHŻ with a total length of 1.5 km using a tractor and a snowplow plow from the Forestry Inspectorate, and hand clearing snow for bison food stations 4 times in winter.
7) Maintenance and ongoing repairs in the OHŻ infrastructure consisting in:
a) keeping the equipment used in good condition (tractor, machines that are equipped with the OHŻ,
b) current and seasonal maintenance of equipment,
c) simple current repairs of the elements of the pasture and food stands consisting in replacing a small element, eg a damaged ladder level for feeding hay.
8) OHŻ epizootic protection:
a) filling sawdust and spraying disinfectant disinfectant mats with the frequency of once a week,
b) decontamination with disinfectant in the area of food premises once a year on the date specified by the OHŻ manager.
9) Removal of manure from the pastures 1 once a year immediately before the planned disinfection of food quarters with the use of equipment
