Removal of residues from small sewage treatment plants and drainless pits

The property drainage systems in the city of Kamp-Lintfort must be emptied in accordance with EN 12566 and DIN 4261 (the information sheets DWA-M221 and DWA-A262 and the LWA leaflet no. 4 – Principles for the design and design of wastewater collection pits – must be observed). Appropriate expertise in accordance with §56 of the Circular Economy Act in conjunction with the Waste Management Companies Ordinance must be proven. In addition, the provisions of the statute on the disposal of property drainage systems in the city of Kamp-Lintfort in the currently valid version must be observed. All emptying data and updates of the data provided must be included in the collection plan to be drawn up by the Contractor. This data must be made available to the city of Kamp-Lintfort on a monthly basis in the form of an Excel spreadsheet in paper form or digitally for further processing with the submission of the invoice.

Emptying quantities 2020-2022 to I. ca. 800,00 m³ per year

Emptying quantities 2020-2022 to II. ca. 3,000.00 m³ per year

At the beginning of the year, the city of Kamp-Lintfort provides the haulage company with an inventory list of the facilities to be emptied and inspected (fixed emptying and inspection intervals). The emptying as well as the inspections of the installations must be carried out in coordination with the operators or owners of the installations. Once the contract has been awarded, a coordination meeting between the contracting parties takes place.

The above-mentioned emptying quantities are empirical values of the past years. In the event of a reduction or increase in the number of cubic metres per year included in the tender specifications, there is no entitlement to a change in the unit prices. Deviations are to be expected due to the statutory emptying and inspection rhythms for the various plants. This contract is concluded for a period of 2 years from 01.01.2024 and is renewed for one year at a time unless terminated by one party three months before the end of the contract period. The maximum total term is four years.
