The object of the contract is the execution of all activities relating to the control, custody, and maintenance services of the municipal water network and related buildings, as better specified in the Special Tender Specifications.

The object of the contract is the execution of all activities relating to the custody, control and maintenance services of the municipal water network and related buildings, as better specified in the special tender specifications. The amount of the service and works based on the tender amounts to a total of € 800,892.86 (Euro eight hundred thousand eight hundred and ninety-two/86) per year plus VAT, of which:

- € 657,000.00 (Euro six hundred and fifty-seven thousand/00) for management fee;

- € 142,392.86 (Euro one hundred and forty-two thousand, three hundred and ninety-two/86) for extraordinary maintenance;

- € 1,500.00 (Euro one thousand five hundred/00) for security charges.

The amount of the service for any extension pursuant to art. 106 paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (subject to reduction) is equal to € 800,892.86 (Euro eight hundred thousand, eight hundred and ninety-two/86) plus VAT, of which:

- € 657,000.00 (Euro six hundred and fifty-seven thousand/00) for management fee;

- € 142,392.86 (Euro one hundred and forty-two thousand, three hundred and ninety-two/86) for extraordinary maintenance;

- € 1,500.00 (Euro one thousand five hundred/00) for security charges.

The estimated value of the contract, pursuant to Article 35 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 subsequent amendments, is € 1,601,785.72 (Euro one million six hundred and one thousand, seven hundred and eighty-five/72), including charges and extension option, plus VAT.
