The subject of the contract is the service of granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 20,000,000 (in words: twenty million zlotys) to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously taken loans and credits.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 20,000,000 (in words: twenty million zlotys) for the purpose of financing the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously taken loans and credits.

2. The loan will be released on the basis of the Ordering Party's instruction sent to the Contractor by fax or email within 2 business days from the date of submission of the instruction, to the basic account of the Municipality by 31.12.2023.

3. The Contractor shall place the loan at the disposal of the Contracting Authority once or in tranches.

4. The loan will be repaid quarterly - until the last day of the month - starting from 31 March 2024 to 31 December 2035:

- PLN 250,000 quarterly in 2024,

- PLN 250,000 quarterly in 2025,

- PLN 65,000 quarterly in 2026,

- PLN 25,000 quarterly in 2027,

- PLN 5,000 quarterly in 2028,

- PLN 5,000 quarterly in 2029,

- PLN 400,000 quarterly in 2030,

- PLN 500,000 quarterly in 2031,

- PLN 500,000 quarterly in 2032,

- PLN 700,000 quarterly in 2033,

- PLN 1,150,000 quarterly in 2034,

- PLN 1,150,000 quarterly in 2035.

5. Interest will be payable in monthly installments by the last day of the month starting from the month in which the loan was launched.

6. Interest will be calculated from the day after the disbursement of the loan/tranche up to and including the date of repayment.

7. A grace period for loan repayment is set until 30/03/2024.
