The subject of the contract is construction works, which include design, construction (expansion, reconstruction) and commissioning of the electrical installation, hot utility water installation, central heating installation using photovoltaic cell sets and air pump heat sets, to support the production of electricity, heat and heat utility water in private residential buildings in the commune of Siewierz as part of the project: "Construction of photovoltaic cells and heat pumps in the municipalities of Koziegłowy and Siewierz to improve air quality by increasing the share of renewable energy sources in energy production", including the construction of 400 photovoltaic installations for private buildings of residents Siewierz Commune, 54 air heat pump installations for the needs of central heating and hot utility water for private buildings of the residents of the Siewierz commune, 7 air heat pump installations for the needs of hot utility water for public buildings live inhabitants of the commune of Siewierz.

Full name of the contract: Comprehensive implementation in the form of "design and build" task consisting in the construction of photovoltaic cells and air heat pumps in the commune of Siewierz under the project: "Construction of photovoltaic cells and heat pumps in the municipalities of Koziegłowy and Siewierz to improve air quality by increasing the share of renewable energy sources in energy production. "

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the specification of essential terms of the contract (SIWZ) and in three functional and utility programs (PFU) constituting attachments to the ToR.

The location of individual installations will be forwarded to the Contractor selected as a result of this procedure.

As part of the subject of the contract, the following installations must be designed, built and started up:

1) complete sets of photovoltaic installations (PV) - 400 pcs, including:

a) PV installations (power 2 kW): 45 items: 41 items on the roof / building facade, 4 items on the ground outside the building;

b) PV installations (power 2.5 kW): 49 items: 46 items on the roof / building facade, 3 items on the ground, outside the building;

c) PV installations (power 3 kW): 72 items: 60 items on the roof / building facade, 12 items on the ground, outside the building;

d) PV installations (power 3.5 kW): 41 items: 35 items on the roof / building facade, 6 items on the ground outside the building;

e) PV installations (4 kW power): 193 pcs: 177 pcs on the roof / building facade, 16 pcs on the ground, outside the building.

Consisting in particular of: project documentation, photovoltaic modules, power optimizer, inverter, wiring, installation monitoring device, service and warranty;

2) complete sets of air installation for heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water - 54 pcs, including:

a) with a capacity of min. 15 kW: 11 pcs;

b) with a capacity of min. 20 kW: 16 pcs;

c) with a capacity of min. 25 kW: 18 pcs;

d) with a capacity of min. 30 kW: 9 pcs.

Consisting in particular of: project documentation, heat pump, domestic hot water tank, buffer, additional fittings, electrical installation, installation monitoring, service and warranty;

3) complete sets of air heat pumps for domestic hot water (power min. 2 kW) - 7 items, consisting in particular of: project documentation, heat pump, domestic hot water tank, additional fittings, electrical installation, installation monitoring, service and warranty.

The project is co-financed by the European Union under RPO WSL for the years 2014–2020. Each installation must be marked in a visible place with a sticker / label informing about co-financing awarded in accordance with the rules for marking projects under ROP WSL for the years 2014–2020.

The Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded will provide the Employer with a guarantee in accordance with the statement contained in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the ToR. The warranty period is equal to the warranty period. The minimum required warranty period for the subject of the contract is 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. The Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, maximum 72 months, which will be taken into account during the evaluation and examination of offers on the principles set out in Part XIX of the ToR.

The Awarding Entity allows equivalent solutions in accordance with Chapter III point 22 of the ToR.

Payment conditions: The flat-rate remuneration will be paid in tranches, by transfer to the Contractor's account, in accordance with the terms of the contract template - Annex 6 to the ToR.

Obligation to employ persons under the employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor - in accordance with Chapter III point 24 of the Terms of Reference.
