It is intended to determine through a Framework Agreement with a single entrepreneur the approved conditions which shall apply, during the term of force provided for in paragraph 7, to the derivative contracts to be awarded by this Contracting Authority in the exercise of its own powers in accordance with the provisions of Decree 252/ 2011, of 21 December, which creates the Galician Technology Modernization Agency and approves its statutes, as amended by Decree 149/2014 of 20 November and Decree 9/2021 of 21 January.
