The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 2024 available in trade that meets the quality standards set out in the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the purposes of powering public utility facilities, video monitoring, gates in noise barriers and street lighting, squares, bus stops, parks, squares of the City of Radomsko.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 2024 available in trade that meets the quality standards set out in the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the purposes of powering public utility facilities, video monitoring, gates in noise barriers and street lighting, squares, bus stops, parks, squares of the City of Radomsko. The said procedure is conducted jointly by the Contracting Authorities listed in SECTION I. The purchasing group was established by Ordinance No. 175/2023 of the Mayor of the City of Radomsko of 29 September 2023 on the establishment of the Electricity Purchasing Group 2024 and the award of the contract for the "Purchase of electricity for 2024". The leader of the Purchasing Group is the City of Radomsko – Radomsko City Hall, 5 Tysiąclecia Street, 97-500 Radomsko, which will prepare the tender documentation and carry out the entire tender procedure and award the contract on behalf of and for the benefit of each participant of GZ 2024, i.e. municipal organizational units (schools, kindergartens, MOSiR, MOPS, ŚDS) and cultural institutions (MDK, MBP, MR) called municipal units or subordinate units. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period is 4,036,600 kWh (+/-10%) - detailed information is provided in Appendices 7, 8 and 9 to the Terms of Reference. The indicated amount of purchased electricity has been estimated on the basis of previous electricity consumption, the actual amount of energy consumed during the performance of the order may be increased or decreased. The exercise of the right consisting in greater or lesser consumption of electricity will be carried out automatically by conducting settlements by the Contractor on the basis of indications of metering and billing devices. The difference in actual electricity consumption in relation to the estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from those resulting from the amount consumed and the agreed price. 4) draft contract - which is Appendix 6 to the SWZ.
