The City Council department for growth and knowledge (OVK) is beginning work with a concept evaluation (KVU) for nursery schools in Frogner District, due to requirements of liquidation of temporary nursery school capacity in the district by 2021. There is a need for approximately 16 new departments in the district. Omsorgsbygg has received the assignment of leading the KVU works. The order from OVK describes ten sites and buildings that shall be part of the alternative analysis. There is a need for architectural services in this work. A more detailed description of the delivery is in Annex 1 of the tender documentation.
