A new center is being built on the Markus site, consisting of a community center with a parish office and a day care center with 4 groups. Following the dismantling and demolition of the existing buildings, existing media supplies, such as gas, water and electricity, will be redeveloped and relocated. The church and the annex with the heating centre in the basement will remain in place.

Electrical installations according to DIN 18382 The power supply to the municipal hall and parish office comes from the connection of the church; the kindergarten receives a new feed from the local low-voltage grid with converter measurement. Ground tanks are planned in the meetinghouse and the parish office. The wiring is primarily carried out in a minimally suspended ceiling using collector holders. The lighting is done exclusively by means of LEDs. The sun protection system is implemented as a KNX system. The kindergarten will be equipped with a radio fire detection system; the daycare centre stairwells will receive electric RWA systems with ventilation function.
