The works of Lot 1 include all the site facilities for the three lots, various deposits (furniture, panels, ...), the installation of temporary fences to secure the site, demolitions, planing and reprofiling existing spaces, general earthworks in cuttings and embankments for the structures and for the projected green spaces, the realization of trenches for various networks, the evacuation of the cuttings towards the approved centers, the passage of sleeves for the video-protection, for the lighting, the passage of the drinking water network, the creation of the planned sanitation in rainwater, the creation of new structures, the installation of curbs and gutters.
