The objective of the mission is Rouen.La to:- ensure the maintenance in operational condition of all the equipment of the FLAUBERT bridge in Rouen, i.e. to guarantee its availability and its ability to manoeuvre within the framework of an "optimum" scenario (5 manoeuvres per year and availability all year round);- to carry out surveillance operations, control, maintenance, upkeep and repairs necessary and sufficient for the preservation of the heritage (and in particular the maintenance of its character as a "movable bridge"), in accordance with the regulatory requirements in force;- to carry out specific improvement works;- to carry out the operation of the structure during shunting operations. The NF X60-000 standard of April 2016 ("Industrial maintenance - maintenance function") provides a classification of the various maintenance actions according to five levels: level 1 includes the simplest actions, level 2 slightly more technical actions and so on up to level 5 which concerns actions to renovate or rebuild equipment. Only levels 1 to 4 are included in this contract. To the list of services taken into account may be added checks, manoeuvres or exercises which the manager may organise from time to time (whether or not in conjunction with the intervention services). Excluded from this contract are civil engineering monitoring actions (in connection with the itseoa) as well as maintenance and repair works falling within the scope of civil engineering (main and secondary structures, with the exception of the elements described in Chapter 1.4 of the CCTP)
