The subject of the contract is the improvement of the surface of dirt roads in the city of Łódź divided into 2 districts:Part I area of the Łódź Widzew and Bałuty districts Part II area of the Łódź Polesie and Górna districts

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 i.e.), i.e. for each part of the order of persons performing work during the execution of the contract in the field of: operating a self-propelled grader, operating a road roller, driving a truck.

The contractor may submit a tender for one part of the contract. In the present proceedings, the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the PPL (the so-called 'reverse procedure') will be applied. Pursuant to Article 139(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to lodge a deposit in the amount of: Part I PLN 13,500.00 (thirteen thousand five hundred zlotys 00/100)

It will then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings.

The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to lodge a deposit in the amount of: Part II PLN 17,000.00 (seventeen thousand zlotys 00/100)
