Gesundheitsholding Lüneburg is tendering a new telecommunications solution in 2 lots as part of the KHZG funding program.
Lot 1: cross-site Ascom DECT system (approx. 200 BAs) as a system extension, with positioning and alerting, PNA via DECT, alarm server and approx. 650 smart devices.
Lot 2: cross-site telecommunications system for 12 locations with UC solution. The project includes about 850 IP phones, 2000 user licenses and 250 analog ports.
Ascom DECT and alarm serverFor the PKL site, a DECT upgrade with an extension of the existing solution is required. The SKL site is a system extension.
The solution also includes messaging, alerting and location functions. For the PKL site, the existing PNA function must be upgraded and continue to operate.
Any necessary extensions and changes to the cabling will be carried out separately by the client before the system changeover, after consultation with the future contractors.
The DECT solution must be connected to the PBX system from Lot 2.
Telecommunications system solutionThe VoIP PBX system solution offered can be a pure soft PBX solution or a so-called hybrid solution. The requirements must be met. An externally hosted solution is not requested.
The new call servers of the telecommunications system solution are to be delivered as a hardware appliance. The connected applications UC, CTI, can be operated on the virtual server platform of the client. Any necessary interfaces (e.g. analog ports) should be accommodated in an existing 19" rack in the basement of the AG.
Any necessary extensions and changes to the cabling will be carried out separately by the client before the system changeover, after consultation with the future contractors. In its offer, the contractor points out where cabling must be adapted in relation to the client's inventory. The expenses are taken into account in the profitability analysis.
