The framework agreement includes maintenance, repair, service and support services for the audiovisual communication technology of TH Cologne. It provides all relevant services at all TH Cologne locations. For more details, see Appendix 10_EVB-IT Service Contract (Framework Agreement) of the tender documents.
The object of the service is hardware and software elements of the existing systems and, as part of extensions to the scope of services, also the systems that are newly built or rebuilt during the contract period. The scope of the measure is the services described in the statement of work. In addition to the maintenance measures described in the work cards, the services include the following services (service and support) in the areas of:
- programming control systems
- Programming control units (touch panel and keypads)
- Programming management, monitoring and support system
- Adjustment, programming and calibration of public address and audio systems
- Adjustment, programming and calibration of video systems
- Configuration and programming of video conferencing systems
- Coordination for the configuration of TH Cologne network components
- Inventory, inventory database and documentation preparation
- Testing AV communication technology according to DGUV V3, DIN VDE 0701/0702, including upload to electrical manager. The audit files are made available to the AG.
