Execution of roofing work

The Haroldstraase 4 building in Düsseldorf is to undergo a repair measure.

This includes pollutant remediation, fire protection upgrades and, in some cases, general demolition measures and a parallel new construction or conversion of individual areas. A roofing company must now be hired to carry out the project.

The following services are to be provided in the course of the roof construction work:

1. Pre-treat the substrate: approx. 2,750m2

2. Waterproofing 1st/ 2nd location: approx. 3,030 m2

3. Schaumglasdämmung: ca 180 m2
