The Norwegian Directorate of Health would like to secure access to syringes and cannulas for vaccinations for stand-by situations caused by infectious diseases, such as pandemic influenza. The Norwegian Directorate of Health shall also have the right to procure syringes and cannulas outside a stand-by situation if necessary.

The Norwegian Directorate of Health would like to enter into 2 framework agreements. 1 for the procurement of syringes and 1 for the procurement of cannulas.

Only 1 contract shall be signed for each of the 2 areas. Tenders can be submitted for 1 or both areas.

The framework agreements will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 1 + 1 years. The total contract period is 4 years.
