Provision of technical project drafting and optional management services for the rehabilitation and improvement of the thermal envelope of the CPR Mixta de Gijón.

The drafting of the technical project shall include that of the basic and implementation project, as well as the health and safety study and any other technical documentation that may be necessary for the definition of the work to be contracted.

The optional management of the works shall include both the direction of the work and the direction of execution of the work and the coordination in matters and safety and health during the execution of the work, as well as the drafting and optional direction of specific, modified projects or complementary works projects originating for the duration of the contract as a result of the contract.

Drafting of the technical project and the optional direction of the work of rehabilitation and energy improvement of the thermal envelope of the CPR Mixta.

Works to realize:

• Drafting of a basic project and an implementation project

• The optional management of the work (including safety coordination)

• Certificates of energy efficiency before and after works, as well as the economic valuation of energy improvement.

• Certificate and acoustic report verifying compliance with the noise levels established as limit values for nursing home activity.

• Any other urban or technical document, report or request requested by competent bodies.

The project shall include the development and drafting of the documents necessary to define, at the level of basic project and execution project, with precision, the works to be carried out, subject at all times to the current legislation and technical instructions mandatory in each case, and the conditions set out in the specifications of technical prescriptions.
